I LOVE the Fly Fusion Online Studio! Not only has it given me the opportunity to learn Fly Fusion, which is a refreshing and funky improv style, but the online studio also includes features from multiple instructors and covers an array of topics such as warm ups, cool downs, strength training, and yoga. All these things have really helped my technique and well round my practice. New content is being added all the time. It's really convenient to be able to pull up the studio on my mobile browser while traveling, or on my TV in the comfort of my own home.

I might be totally biased (wait, yeah... I definitely am), but Fly Fusion Online is awesome! Aside from working on Fly Fusion, I love using the site to do dance conditioning and yoga with Betty or work on my spins and flutters with Stacey. Super lucky to be a part of this!
